Get to Know Me

I’ve been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer since 2018, and I also hold a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certification through PROnatal Fitness and am a RYT 200 Yoga Teacher.

My specialties include:

  • Perimenopause Fitness

  • Pre/Postnatal Fitness

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sports Performance and Fitness Entrepreneurship from Eastern Michigan University.

Whether you’re navigating pregnancy, working through the changes of perimenopause, or simply looking to build strength and improve your overall well-being, I create personalized programs that meet you where you are—and help you get where you want to be.

My goal is simple: to empower you to feel strong—inside and out.
