What I Eat in a Day

Fueling your body with balanced meals doesn’t have to be complicated! Here’s a full day of eating that’s both delicious and nutrient-packed.

Breakfast: Strawberry Banana Protein Smoothie

This smoothie is quick to make and gives me protein, carbs, and healthy sweetness to start my morning strong and feel full.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 banana

  • 1 scoop protein powder

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • A handful of ice (optional)

Instructions:

Blend everything until smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass and enjoy a breakfast that fuels your body for the day ahead!

Lunch: Chicken Salad with Apples

This meal is packed with protein and crunch. The apple adds sweetness while the Greek yogurt and mayo combo makes it creamy without being heavy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken

  • 1 small apple, chopped

  • 2 tbsp plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp mayo

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Serve over greens, in a wrap, or with whole-grain crackers.

Snack: Greek Yogurt Parfait

For an afternoon pick-me-up, I like something simple yet satisfying.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • 2 tbsp granola

  • Strawberries and banana slices

Instructions:

Layer yogurt, fruit, and granola. Easy, refreshing, and packed with protein and fiber.

Dinner: Pork Chop with Roasted Potatoes and Green Beans

Dinner is hearty but balanced—protein, carbs, and veggies all on one plate.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pork chop, seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic

  • 1 cup baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 cup green beans

Hope this is helpful and inspiring!
