Here's what I Eat in a Day, let's get straight to it.

Breakfast- Kale, 1 piece of toast, 2 sausage patties, 1 egg.

Lunch- beef, veggies, potatoes

Dinner- BBQ chicken on a biscuit with veggies and a coke zero.
