This Frozen Protein Mocha is a perfect pick-me-up after your training session. It’s creamy, chocolatey, and has that little kick of coffee to energize your day. Whether you’re looking to recover after a tough workout or just want a healthier alternative to your favorite coffee shop drink, this one’s a winner!


Frozen Protein Mocha Recipe

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup coffee

  • ½ cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat, or dairy)

  • 1 scoop chocolate-flavored protein powder

  • Optional: A little honey or sweetener (skip if your protein powder is already sweet)

  • 7–10 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blend on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
