Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake – A Fall-Inspired Power Drink

If you’re looking for a quick and delicious way to bring fall flavors into your day while fueling your body, this Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake is the answer! It’s packed with protein, creamy, and perfectly spiced for that cozy autumn vibe. Plus, it only takes a few minutes to make.


This shake is great for:

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 2 tbsp Chobani Pumpkin Spice Creamer

  • 10 oz milk of choice (almond, oat, dairy, or whatever you love)

  • 5 ice cubes

  • 1 Swiss miss pumpkin packet

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries and banana

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender.

  2. Blend on high for about 30–45 seconds, or until smooth and creamy.

  3. Pour into a glass, sprinkle a little cinnamon or nutmeg on top, optional.
