Grab a mini band and complete this full-body workout in just a few minutes. 💪



✅ Perform 4-6 rounds


30 seconds each move (for #3 & #4, 15 sec per side)


1️⃣ Mini Band Airplane


2️⃣ Mini Band Squats

3️⃣ Lateral Lunges (15 sec each side)

4️⃣ Front Kicks (15 sec each side)

5️⃣ Reverse Lunge to Calf Raise

6️⃣ Mini Hop Overs
