Here are 4 moves to strengthen your core, and challenge your stability:
1ļøā£Ā Lat Pull Down + Crunch UpĀ ā Secure a band behind you, pull the arms down to your sides while lifting shoulders off the mat.
2ļøā£Ā Modified X UpĀ ā Cross your elbow over the body toward the opposite knee for a crunch.
3ļøā£Ā Press, Hold & ExtendĀ ā Hold one knee at 90°, press both hands into it while lowering the opposite leg toward the mat (hello deep core burn š„).
4ļøā£Ā Plank In-Outs with Mini BandĀ ā Place a mini band near ankles, jump legs out and in while holding a plank.
š PerformĀ 3-4 rounds, 10-12 reps each (or 30s per move).
