Here are 4 moves to strengthen your core, and challenge your stability:


1ļøāƒ£Ā Lat Pull Down + Crunch Up – Secure a band behind you, pull the arms down to your sides while lifting shoulders off the mat.



2ļøāƒ£Ā Modified X Up – Cross your elbow over the body toward the opposite knee for a crunch.

3ļøāƒ£Ā Press, Hold & Extend – Hold one knee at 90°, press both hands into it while lowering the opposite leg toward the mat (hello deep core burn šŸ’„).

4ļøāƒ£Ā Plank In-Outs with Mini Band – Place a mini band near ankles, jump legs out and in while holding a plank.

šŸ‘‰ PerformĀ 3-4 rounds, 10-12 reps each (or 30s per move).
