One of the most common questions I get as a personal trainer is, “What do you eat in a day?” I like to keep things simple, balanced, and east to make. My meals include a mix of protein, carbs and healthy fats. Here’s a look at what a typical day of eating looks like for me:
8:00 AM – Hydration & Supplements
I start my morning with electrolytes, creatine, and plenty of water. This helps me rehydrate after sleep, support muscle recovery, and set the tone for the day.

11:00 AM – Lunch: Chicken Wrap
For lunch, I make a chicken wrap filled with:
Chicken
Salsa
A sprinkle of shredded cheese
A little sour cream
It’s quick, tasty, and packed with protein to keep me full. I also have a couple of my Protein Date Energy Balls for an extra energy boost.

2:00 PM – Afternoon Snack
In the afternoon, I keep it simple with:
An apple
Peanut butter
A few mini chocolate chips (because balance!)
Lemon water

5:00 PM – Dinner
Dinner is hearty and satisfying:
Turkey meatballs
Roasted potatoes
Green beans
This combo gives me lean protein, complex carbs, and fiber—perfect for recovery and energy.

Final Thoughts
I keep my meals realistic and enjoyable while hitting my nutrition goals.
